  • Wei Wang is a Research Fellow at the Opportunity Technology Lab (OTL), Monash University, working at the intersection of software engineering, human-computer interaction, and accessibility research. Her work focuses on designing inclusive, user-centred digital technologies that support people with disabilities and other underserved communities. Through interdisciplinary and industry collaboration, she develops and evaluates practical solutions that improve participation, independence, and equity in real-world settings.

    Research: Led frontend development using Node.js, PWA, JavaScript, and Vue.js; built high-fidelity prototypes from ideation through user research, ensuring usability in implementation.
