Change often does not begin with a technological breakthrough, but with who can use it.

Hello, I am Wei Wang. I am a Research Fellow at Monash University. I study how technology can become fairer, more accessible, and more useful in real life.

Where it starts…

Personal starting point

Lowering barriers and closing gaps are not the same thing.

My motivation is personal. I saw my grandma and my father live with chronic health challenges.

I also saw how digital health tools can be hard to use in everyday life. This is why I study inclusive technology, accessibility, and human-centered software design.
