2026 FIT Dean’s Award for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

The Invisible Coders Team received this award for advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion through research into the experiences of neurodivergent women in software engineering. The global, human-centred study identifies systemic barriers and supports more inclusive practices across computing education and the software industry.
