🎓 Project summary

This grant supports technical work to make VRelovate reliable for high-value external demonstrations, including the Impact Labs Showcase, National Disability Summit engagement, partner visits, and future funder conversations. The project focuses on practical demo-readiness for existing VRelovate modules and available OTL devices rather than new hardware.

The work will clarify what can be demonstrated reliably, reduce live-demonstration risk, and give OTL staff a repeatable workflow for disability-sector, government, philanthropic, and industry stakeholders. It will turn existing modules into a clearer external engagement workflow with technical checks, facilitator guidance, troubleshooting notes, and handover documentation.

🎯 Expected outcomes

  • A tested VRelovate demonstration workflow for existing modules and headsets.
  • A technical setup checklist covering device preparation, charging, launch sequence, audio/video playback, interaction/input, hygiene, reset, and pack-down.
  • A troubleshooting log with known issues, fixes, and escalation points.
  • Facilitator notes so OTL staff can run demonstrations with less ad hoc technical support.
  • Stronger readiness for the Impact Labs Showcase, National Disability Summit discussions, and partner/funder meetings.
